Kirkland Residency
FAQs
Our rates vary and are dependent upon the services provided. We truly desire to work with your school or organization and will do all we can to find a way to bring the Kirkland Residency to you. We ask that you reach out via email for a free consultation and further details on booking and pricing.
Absolutely! We label them as "Suggested Options" for that very reason. We customize each residency to your organizations specific needs. For Example; if you wanted to only do an acting for tv/film vs theater workshop and one on one coaching, we can do that. The world is your oyster with the Kirkland Residency.
We serve group sizes as small as 10 people and as large at 100. Our structure is built to service your needs regardless of the size of your organization.
Our traditional residency lasts for anywhere from 2-4 hours. Think of it as a morning or afternoon session during school hours. The more extended residencies are fleshed out over multiple days and follow a similar structure from a time perspective.
Throughout our time together, we will work on the young artist's current repertoire and introduce new rep. From there, we'll rehearse and flesh out a program to highlight their skillset and growth.
The goal of the showcase is two fold.
We want to highlight the growth of the young artists from the start of the residency to finsh.
We want to give the young artists a chance to perform in a professional setting, with professional artists. This experience will travel with them and help shape what they believe is possible.
Yes! We offer free consultations. Our goal is to get to know you, for you to get to know us and then create the best program for your school or organization.
No! The Kirkland Residency can service young artists of all ages. Our suggested programming is mentioned as high school and post secondary as those are the communities we usually service, but all elementary and middle school artists can be serviced as well.
While it would be helpful for your organization to provide an accompanist, the residency can help facilitate that need if necessary.
Yes! While it is our preference to work with your school or organization in person, we totally understand that virtual work may be the better option and we can accomodate that if need be.
Yes we do. We'd love to design and build a program for your district.
